Our journey began in July 2006 with the opening of the Broadmead Hearing Clinic where we set out to help people hear and feel their best. Five years later, in February 2011, we welcomed the Oak Bay Hearing Clinic, giving clients more accessible options for care. In January 2024, we expanded to Colwood with our Hearing and Balance Clinic, and most recently, we opened our newest clinic in Qualicum Beach—continuing to grow our family and the services we offer.
Our “Why”
Connection with others is a basic human need. Without good hearing, connections become strained because communication is fragmented. Hearing loss takes away our ability to communicate with ease. We get immense satisfaction from improving our clients’ quality of life by treating hearing loss.

We’re proud of being independently owned, which means that we can offer hearing aids from any manufacturer. Our mission statement promises to meet the needs of individuals with advancements in technologies. Our independent ownership supports the fulfillment of this mission, allowing us to focus on the client and the best solution for their hearing needs, lifestyle and budget.
