Bernafon: “Your hearing: Our Passion”
Bernafon was founded in 1926 as Gfeller AG, developing and producing electromechanical devices. Gfeller AG introduced Switzerland’s first hearing instrument in 1946, and expanded to the U.S. in 1986. The Danish holding group William Demant Holding A/S acquired the company in 1995 and renamed it Bernafon, expanding to Canada in 2000 by acquiring Dahlberg Sciences.
Bernafon offers a variety of hearing aid options for different environments and listening requirements. Bernafon’s mission is “developing and marketing quality hearing systems that enable our customers to enjoy authentic and stimulating hearing experiences.”
