Do you know someone who has difficulty getting out of the house for appointments? We are happy to provide house call services in the greater Victoria area. The cost for this service is a $50 house call fee and we can go to hospitals, care homes or personal residences.
This week in fact, I did a house call to the nicest Veteran at Aberdeen hospital. He was up on a ladder cutting down a tree branch that was hitting his roof when he fell off the ladder and broke his leg. He has been in the hospital for four months now and next week I will go to the hospital to fit his hearing aids. The best part for him is that Veteran’s affairs Canada will pay for the hearing aids AND the house call.
