On this day seven years ago, we opened our Broadmead Hearing Clinic location. I remember that day very well because I had an evaluation booked from a mail out that I did first thing on the first day. Nora, who was in her eighties at the time, came into my clinic and we discussed her hearing loss and she wanted to order her first set of hearing aids. To this day, Nora is one of my very favorite clients because it was after I fit her with hearing aids that I knew our business would be a success.
Today, well over 1000 clients later, I am so grateful for all of the trust and support that my clients have given to me. I appreciate all that I have learned from each client as well as all of the funny and interesting stories I have heard over the years.
