I was born and raised in Edmonton, and moved with my family to Victoria in 2006. I completed my Bachelor of Science in Linguistics in 2010 at the University of Victoria. I then moved down under to Brisbane, Australia, where I completed my Master’s degree in Audiology in 2013 at the University of Queensland.
I was motivated to pursue Audiology after being diagnosed with hearing loss myself at the age of 14. One of my greatest strengths as an Audiologist is having first-hand experience with hearing loss and wearing hearing aids. I love being able to learn from my own experiences, and to be able share what I have learned to help others with their hearing.
When I am not in the clinic, I enjoy snowboarding, playing soccer, listening to podcasts, getting together with my book club, and racing my car.
