The purpose of this email is to commend both you and your staff for your courtesy and attention over a recent two month period. Throughout the entire testing, tryout of two separate units, and ultimate purchase of a higher end model, I received exemplary counsel and care. At all times I was treated like a prince, welcomed at each visit, educated in all aspects of the aids, and fully supported as I reluctantly arrived at the decision that my very real hearing impairment required correction.
